Start preparing for photos at home by tidying up common spaces
You don’t need to go crazy and deep clean, but I recommend picking up/decluttering any area you want to be included in photos. The room won’t be the focus, but we also don’t want anything to distract from your family.
Choosing outfits for photos at home
Outfits play a large role in the look and feel of your photographs, so it’s best to choose things that are true to your style and personality. That being said, there’s nothing wrong with having fun with your outfit choices and doing something a little bolder than your norm (relatively speaking).
You’ll also want to consider where these photos will be displayed. The overall style and color palette in the photo will fit in seamlessly with the surrounding decor, particularly if you plan on framing any of the photos for your wall (which, I highly recommend!)
