How It Works

I have my hands in the whole process from taking the photos to sorting and delivering orders. I take pride in my work and strive to provide the highest-quality service to each family.

They'll be guided where to stand, but the rest will be (mostly) them just as they are!

A link will be sent to the school a couple weeks after picture day. Each child will have their own password-protected gallery that contains at least 4 images with a variety of natural expressions to choose from.

This will be determined as needed and will be worked out with the school, but not guaranteed.

do you offer retakes / makeup days?

Once the gallery link is emailed to the school, you'll have 14 days to complete your order. Prints will be delivered to the school around 2 weeks after the ordering window closes.

how long will i have to order?

There is not a discount on prints, but there is an option to purchase all digital files for multiple kids at a reduced rate.

Do you offer a discount for multiple kids?

Yep! (but I highly encourage printing + displaying those cute faces)
You'll have options to purchase all images together or individual files.

can i purchase just the digital file?

I have 4 different packages to choose from starting at $15, as well as several a la carte and digital file only options.

what will be available to order?

I keep it simple and use a black background so that the focus remains on your adorable kiddos.

Currently I am only working with child care facilities and private preschools that have children ages 0-5.

What types of schools and ages of kids do you work with?

I work with each school individually to pick a time that works best at any point in the school year.

What time of year to do offer school photos?

Yes! Staff photos are complementary and the school will be given 1 digital file per staff member.

Do you offer staff photos?

Ideally an area ~ 6x6 near a natural source of light. I prefer indoors, but can be outside in a covered area, weather permitting.

What space do you need for your setup?

I will need at least one staff member or parent volunteer to help gather kids when it's their turn for photographs. I will handle the rest!

what kind of help do you need from the school on picture day?

Nothing! In fact, I donate 10% of profits back to the school to be used where needed. In lieu of a cash donation, I'm happy to donate a full photography session for any fundraiser that the school hosts.
